Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier's network coverage and availability. Born2Win Marketing does not guarantee that every SMS message will be delivered, and we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from non-delivery of a message due to carrier issues.
